Idk if I quite regret it yet, but I let Yuka boot Astrid when the former showed up at my campsite. I don't think I realized I had an attachment to Astrid until that day. I agreed to let Yuka boot her in the first place because I felt like the snooty dialogue in this game just doesn't fit Astrid's aesthetic at all - she's out here talking like an old rich lady while wearing t-shirts and brightly-colored hoodie jackets, living in a playground for a house and looking like a circus performer. Yet somehow I enjoyed her. I put a lot of effort into finding cute clothes for her, so that might've been part of it. Also she's a singer. And she had this cute friendship with Sprinkle.

My only connections to Yuka are faintly nostalgic ones - had her in a WW town once - but she at least fits the dialogue, has a classy house typical of snooties, etc. I'll probably enjoy Yuka just as much in time (and she'll be like Melba's godmother lol), but I felt bad enough that I threw Astrid a farewell party at Harv's, a first for me.

Oh, that’s something I’d been wondering! So you can invite a villager to Harv’s even if they’re in boxes? I did a photoshoot last week with Tiffany in case since she’ll likely get booted sometime, but nice to have the option.

I believe so! I even brought Yuka into Harv's the day she moved in, so if I'm remembering right it works with moving-in boxes too!

I regret to not invite Poppy when I found her once on a Mystery Island back then. I was at that time on the search for a different villager and she was so cute, but I hoped to find the one I actually wanted. Ended up not finding said villager and kinda wished I would have picked her...

Last time I was hunting for Judy and I found Sherb (again) and Punchy and I regret leaving them, especially Sherb. :/

Iggly - just a little bit because even though he's not my favorite, he's a cute jock and I'm missing a jock.

Also, Kabuki visited my campsite before but he picked someone I didn't want to move so I declined.
I later found out that you could reset their decision by just quitting the game without saving but wasn't aware of that at the time.

I've left Whitney, Audie and Zucker, only to have to settle for Olaf since I ran out of tickets...

But I found the dreamie I wanted 2 weeks later once Olaf left so it all worked out

I really didn't want to leave lolly behind but she just wasn't the villager I was looking for. Now I really regret it!
