Pokémon anyone play pokemon sleep?

I really actually enjoy it and it’s a useful sleep tracker, I get to see my sleep schedule in real time and it helps me visualize how much sleep I actually loose since I tend to stay up too late, and it motivates me to get better sleep !
I love the cooking and catching pokemon too, and the cooking reminds me a lot of sword and shield : )

I have a couple friends already just a few but am always interested in adding more connections ! I wish there was more you could do with friends but i still like this game.

Also pokemon go is fun too and I haven’t played it in ages, and recently started again a little also b/c I genuinely love walking and walking is something I like to do. I’m from nyc (new york, manhattan) so walking is something I do all the time!

But yeah pokemon sleep is p cool imo : )

Oh cool! Do you use it for the game element or mostly for sleep tracking? I do a bit of both but I try to track my sleep at least every night, cause I find it to be useful

More for game. I use the Pokéball Plus for tracking sleep
