I need help finding some books.

Looking for strictly young adult fiction but I guess as long as it's good I'll read it.

I'm also into like the magic and hero stuff

The Sea of Tranquility is my all time favourite young adult/romance, unless you're not looking for romance haha.

i read the tale of desperux like 5 times (i dont even know if i spelled that right lol)

Sounds kinda interesting what's it about?

It's mainly about two people who have/are going through tough times. First being Josh, whose family is basically dying, second being Nastya, she's had something bad happen to her in the past and is moving to Josh's high school. They meet, and it goes from there. I may be biased because I read it while going through tough times as well, but I promise it's worth the read lmao.

Erik and the Gods, it's my all time favourite book series (on par with Harry Potter) It's originally in Danish (my main language) But it''s finally being translated to english, you can buy it on July 1st.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Erik-Gods-Valhalla-Lars-Henrik-Olsen/dp/1906582939
If you like fantasy you will LOVE this (if it's translated well that is).
(Originally it's name is Erik Menneskes?n, which translates to Erik son of man, but the title was changed for the English version because it have another meaning in English).

Honestly now I want to go re read it again for the 100th time, btw it's a 4 part book series.
The first cover for the English version looks so bad though, but don't let that stop you from getting it, this is the original book cover.

hatchet, hatchet is good, (lol sorry for these low grade books, i havent read any books in years)

The Darkest Minds series by Alexandra Bracken is a
brilliant trilogy you may want to look at! it's one of my all-time
favourites. It's a YA fantasy and sci-fi series that will most
certainly keep you on edge as you keep reading it.

I would also reccomend the 'Trylle' trilogy by Amanda
Hocking. Again, it is another fantasy trilogy, but the writing is
superb, and the small sparks of medival-like fights and heirachy
is amazing! It's very dark, as is The Darkest Minds, but it has
more fantasy aspect than Bracken's series.

If you're more into the romance aspect, Hush Hush by
Becca Fitzpatrick is the perfect combo of fantasy and romance.
Though some moments are quite cliche, overall the book series
has a good plot and a writing style that will guarantee goosebumps
in some parts.

I hope this has helped! If you want any more, let me know. I'm
always willing to help out another book lover quq

The Phantom Tollbooth - a boy gets bored in his room when a mysterious tollbooth appears and takes him to another world. There he has to find the princess in order to restore the kingdom of wisdom. He encounters many oddities such as a literal watchdog, people who eat their words, and being able to jump to conclusions (an island).

Brave Story - first 200 pages consists of a boy with divorced parents and a mysterious rival. The rest (about 600 more pages) is about going to another dimension to race against his rival for gemstones in order to reveal a path to the goddess who will grant them one wish. Along the way the boy meets several creatures and makes friends with a merchant lizardman and a catgirl from the circus.
