Anyone know how to make those signatures w/ the nice backgrounds & villager sprites?

Hi, I suck at technical things, and was just wondering if anyone can make me a nice signature like the ones that everybody else has.

I'd like to see a sample of your work before I pay you.

In the past I've seen them selling for around 50 TBT, but I couldn't find any threads that weren't swamped with orders. Help?
