Part of the point of the catalogue is to record every item, including those that can't be ordered.

I'm all tuckered out with these lamps, I've made about 10 so far with another 8 to do. I cannot do any more I'm afraid, I didn't get anything done last night in my game (however I did meet some very lovely people and got some fantastic items/catalogue fills) and got to see some beautiful towns putting mine to shame so I'm very grateful for that.
Jinglefruit, thank you very much, can you possibly take the ones after my last post post from last night (Riiptide, Usuniki, Alan? and Righty)? Doesn't look like many -5- and thank you, I love to help, but it's taking too much of my time to do more and I have no idea if my phone network charges for tethering so I may get a surprise bill at the end of the month with all this lamp making.
P.S. Also I'm starting to give my extra characters rude names to keep me occupied and to see what it looks like when Isabelle and Nook talk to them!

What do you think is fair?
I literally have no idea anymore, takes me around 20 minutes to make each one as I have to manipulate save files to keep recreating villagers. People have been paying anywhere from 100k to up to 1mil bells O_O - Whatever you think is fair to be honest for the time investment I put in for each lamp.
Adding you now and then opening the gates.

Eek, I've only been taking furniture and cataloguing stuff I don't have, I can make one in under 10 minutes including demolishing the house afterwards!
I couldn't possibly take that many bells for 8 minutes of my time, I don't even have that many bells!

This is why I don't set a price, I have been given so much stuff for my catalog, and people just drops bells when they zone in. Some have given 100k, some have given rare pieces of furniture, and some just unload bags and bags of bells till I say STOP STOP OMG!
The problem being is that this item has now entered into a real money value market, which means people are starting to get very aggressive over the prices on it. Gamefaqs forums are horrible for this, people have been offering me real cash already, which I am declining, as im not into that kind of thing.

Ty for the lotus clock. I would love to keep getting catalogued DLC like the rest of the stuff from that set. Sadly the person who originally offered that cannot connect to my town :3 but hopefully that will be fixed in time.
I am also hoping to someday get the 7-11 pieces, but I know those aren't cataloggable so im going to be offering lamp for each piece.
