Anyone else not getting Celeste?

I've been getting meteor showers, but Celeste isn't showing up.
Anyone else have this problem? Or does anyone know when else she shows up?

I haven't gotten a meteor shower in forever. Celeste either really but more often than meteor showers. I got Celeste a few days ago but no shower.

i think i've seen her once or twice but i haven't had a meteor shower since at least may 20th because i missed out on the gemini fragments as a result which sucks.

I believe she is guaranteed to come on a day when Isabelle announces that there will be a meteor shower. I mean, I tested that myself and she always comes. But if there is no announcement and you have meteor shower, she might be or might not be there.

After hardly seeing her at all, I get her about once a week now.

Also, if I stay up waaay past my bedtime, I get light metor showers every time she comes. I can usually pick up about 20 frags.

Well, in my game I've seen Celeste multiple times on different days when there is an annoucement. She is not always near the beach and like other NPCs like CJ and Flick, she might appear on different spots. If I don't see her right away, I'd save and try to reload the game. It's probably way easier to do when TT'ing. You can just go back to the date over and over to make her appear again, but not a lot of people are fine with this.

I had friends over on that night to wish on stars for a few hours and none of us spotted Celeste anywhere (and yes I scoured the island). It was a Sunday so not sure if that had anything to do with it.

edit: I've looked at my text messages with friends and I actually had Celeste come on Tuesday of that week, so I don't think she would've been hiding on my island on Sunday?

Maybe, and yeah, likewise here. I posted to share my own experience that I'm getting Celeste during those nights so I started my statement with "I believe" not that I'm declaring it as a fact. But it's guaranteed for me so far based from my own tests, probably until proven or I experience it otherwise. I'm not directly implying that you didn't search thoroughly or something. It's just what I do whenever I could not find her right away to search every corner.

i had celeste last night for the first time in weeks - her visits definitely seem less frequent but maybe i’m just imagining it ;u;

Sometimes celeste actually does show up on my island even when I'd given up trying to find her lol. One time she spawned near a ledge close to redd's secret beach and I spent about 30 minutes trying to look for her, convinced that she would be here during a starry night xD

I've never had this happen to me, maybe she already showed up on your island on that week so therefor she isn't coming today?
or maybe she will come later in the week?

From the weather seeds I've seen, there's a lot of rainy days. There's only 4 weather patterns where Celeste might show up. When Celeste shows up, you have stars for sure. You might get a big shower or you might get a few stars randomly through out the night. My weather seed says I have lots of light showers coming up.

My nights have been pretty rainy the last week or so, so she hasn't been showing up. I'm really wanting some of the Cancer Star Fragments to spread around my town, but I'm worried by the time she shows up again it'll be too late
