Anyone else having this issue?

So I'm trying to go to an island, we confirmed that other people are able to go but when I type in the dodo code it gives me a message saying no islands exist with that code? I've typed the code over and over, double checking that it's typed right and everything. I've tested other users islands and I can visit them but not the other one

Two times I've had this exact issue is when an island is at full capacity, it'll sometimes show no islands available. Most of the time it will show "Island can't take anymore visitors" instead of showing the no island available thing. Only other thing I could think of was if the player opened it to only friends on the Dodo, and you both didn't have each others switch added. If for sure you both are friends on the switch, then I have no idea haha
