Definitely! I've had a five star rating for weeks. I think I got it as quickly as you can after completing the extended tutorial phase and my island was not cute. At alllll. :>

While mine is still in develpment, it’s interesting that they deemed it five stars....even worse at the moment with a crapton of mannequins littering my island so I can make my rock garden on my secondary cliff...
