I am beyond excited for this game! I emulated the wii version for a while, but at a certain point my computer couldn't handle it. It's so fun! Is anyone else as excited as me?

*boots up Smash 4, pick Shulk, then Gaur Plains and spams right on the Control Pad* "I'm really feeling it! I'm really feeling it! I'm really feeling it! I'm really feeling it! ..."

When it was released back in the 2012, I wasn't interested on RPGs and the Wii system was almost dead, so I skipped the Wii version without knowing I was actually missing a gem. Then, I became more interested to the genre as soon as I got tired of the same genres I've been playing for quite some time.

Xenoblade Chronicles is an interesting game for me, mainly because it made the JRPG genre fresh again without being dragged down too much by the recurring flaws from the past two decades. Watching some chuggaaconroy videos covering quite well about the game further made push to get it. Given that I already own a New 3DS XL, I would be wise to spend around $45 CAD to get the portable version despite the resolution taking a hit, which is why I'm going to download it this midnight.

Both Japan and Europe/UK residents are already able to play the game time since a little less than a week ago.

Go and spam Shulk's Side Taunt in Super Smash 4 while you wait for Xenoblade Chronicles 3D to come out in North America!

I want to play it but the Wii version is pretty costly and I'm not buying a new 3DS for reasoning which results to 'just one game' right now. I'm keeping an eye on it though, either for a decently priced Wii copy to turn up or for when I eventually get a n3DS (when more games exclusive to it are released and/or it gets a price cut).

One thing that turns me off though, Shulk's voice. I can't stand his voice. I really hope all the voice acting in the game isn't that awful.

Me and the employee at Gamestop are! I'm gonna be there before it opens and rush home and play all day. My Wii froze last time I tried to play and I never picked it back up again.

So, "bad graphics" or not, I am going to thoroughly enjoy all 100 hours of this game :D

There's a lot of corniness.

It was localized by NOE, so you'd best learn to enjoy silly voice acting.

When I bought my N3DS the other night the guy at Gamestop asked if I was getting this game and if I wanted to pre-order it! Is it good? Should I get it???

I enjoyed receiving the special edition of Xenoblade Chronicles 3D from Nintendo UK Store with the Power of Monado Cover Plates.
I believe they were exclusive to that package?

I'm really enjoying this game. I'm taking a snack break. I would recommend anybody who has been wanting this game to go and pick it up. It's really fun. Just make sure you like long JRPG.

My only graphics complaint is the eyes of the characters. They are so dull and it's so weird. I remember it being like this in the Wii version though so eh. The reviews were so wrong about it being worse then the other. I think it looks great. It's no worse then the Wii version. Not better but not worse.

Actually, for me, this is better because the sun would shine through my window and glare up my television screen making it really hard to see when playing in dark areas. This is obviously not an issue with the 3DS version.

Saw my Brother play it, not really impressive tbh and the voice acting is melting my brain.
He's going to sell it because he feels like he wasted his money. (Which he did)

And I like RPG's, so I don't recommend it unless you're in love with Shulk.

I've been playing the game for a couple of hours, and I found out that there's an option to speed up the camera movement on X and Y axis. It's never a bad idea to do so if your C-Stick isn't sensitive enough when its comes to being pushed in a certain direction like mine does.

I really like the game and I'd easily recommend it to anyone who has yet to play anything Xenoblade. Not sure how owners of the Wii version look at the 3DS version.

Isn't it out yet? I saw it alongside a New 3DS XL Majora's Mask edition in a huge electronics store called MediaMarkt.

It's already been released here in the UK, I believe.
I've always been meaning to play it, but I never had the chance to play the Wii version. I don't have the New 3DS either, so I won't have the chance to. I have too many games anyway, but once they are out of the way maybe I'll pick it up.

I do not have a New 3DS too and i think that it isn't worth it if you have a regular 3DS already. So i won't be getting it for a while! And i will not be even buying Xenoblade Chronicles 3D because i've borrowed the original for the Wii from my uncle (He is like a fanatic game collector, it is really sad how much he has actually xD) and i did not like it too much. But that's also because i got really far into a mine thingy around colony 6 and i forgot to save, it was a real pain to get that far for me and when i started the game up again i was all the way back when i wasn't even near the cave yet :/

I'm going to be picking up my copy up later today. I have a backlog of games to play because of work, but people keep recommending it to me, so I'm going for it.
