I saw Bubbles on a nmt island very early on in the tutorial and did not want her - I actually thought she was a boy at first lol. But then she had to go and show up a few days later as a rando in my ninth plot! I can't decide who I want out first, her or Lionel.

Ugh, Bubbles is a pest. I had her as my very first islander as well, several weeks ago. Have seen her 4 more times on different islands since then, even though I don't go island hopping that much.
Good luck booting her out. Lionel is actually pretty neat looking compared to her.

Bubbles - 24 times. I don't mind so much anymore... her relenting attitude has kind of worn down my shield and won me over (although if she tries to move to my island via random move-in I will Amiibo her out faster than she can show up for the 25th NMT island appearance).

Haha thanks! I thought Lionel looked cool at first too, but then I learned how much I don't like the smug personality in this game... and he especially comes off as entitled. He's just too high-society for my island lol. Also kind of a creep.

not really, because exactly none of them were villagers i’d have wanted to take. and i had a list of, like, 30.

(i did get all my dreamies eventually, though! my friends and i saved a bunch of villagers for each other, and i did a few trades on here. it all worked out in the end)
