Any PC Gamers Here?

I remember when I though PC gaming was something just stupid, boy was I wrong. Nintendo and consoles are great, but PC is just fing awesome if you've got a good system and some games.

I own

Battlefield 1942
Battlefield Vietnam
Battlefield 2 (play occasionally)
Battlefield 2142 (main game, clocked in over 1000 hours, but dont play as much now)
Crysis (love)
CS 1.6 ( great game to blow steam for 10 mins.)
CS source (Actually play it in a friends account, I dont like it nearly as much as 1.6 though)
Portal (amazing)
Half Life 2 series (If you havent played through these, you have missed a huge chunk of the best singleplayers of this generation)

I only have one dislike about steam multiplayer games. The people who load their servers with custom content. Especially on the source engine. It's so annoying when I just try to have a quick game and have trouble finding a server that doesnt take 10 mins to load >.>. Also I might buy Gmod, already bootlegged it for singleplayer. Does it lag bad online? Mod-heavy servers seem to not like me very much, network lag wise.

I've never noticed major lag, although you do get lag on some servers when idiots decide to make 500 things explode at once.

I know what you mean about the custom content thing but I really like some of the mods on CS 1.6, especially zombie mod, pokemod and superhero mod :3

Yea CS 1.6 mods arent that bad, But I still stick to original maps and whatnot. Man I wish I could by Left 4 Dead, my demo died before time even ran out.
