Any Jock Villagers Moving Out?

I'd really like a jock villager in my town to (hopefully) suggest specific public works. I'd prefer the ones below, if anyone has them moving soon! ^.^ I don't have any villagers moving out, but I can tip some bells.

He's not on your list, but Rory is moving out of my town. I think he said he's leaving on the 10th.

Quetzal and Kakkun aren't even in this game. I know because Officer Berri would have been very excited to see Quetzal again.
