I have milotic for offense sinces it somewhat unexpected to see and she has access to Ice/Ground moves which takes out her attackers. I'm thinking more of a bulky one since most of my problems are with people who stall.

Ok bulk and speed does not mix so how about 252HP/252 Attk/ 4 Special Defense
