If I move out my non-character to a different town on a different animal crossing, do the animal villagers still talk about me to the mayor of the old town?

No they don't..at least they haven't in my towns,but if you go back to visit they'll remember you.It's a lot like when one of your villagers move....nobody mentions them after they're gone.
