I honestly don't really care about the sanrio villagers. All i know is that i really don't like rilla's design and chelsea shares my bday

Not really, I never liked the Sanrio atheistic so never used any of it or had any of the villagers in my NL town.
I guess they could add it back into the game but I’d much rather see some of the other sets added first.

maybe, i’m not sure. etoile is extremely cute and i would like her in new horizons, and a lot of the furniture is really cute too. however i’m not fully sold because i feel a little bit weird about companies buying their way into animal crossing if you get me

I'm fine with promotional villagers coming back, as long as they can't randomly show up tbh. They seem like a different tier of villager to me.

I really liked Marty and Etoile. I feel like Chai and possibly even Chelsea have the potential to look nice if they got a ACNH "glow up." I really wanted to like Chai, but her textures seemed..blurry? Idk, it was weird.

Mostly I'd love to get that furniture back though!

I'm not a fan of them. I've never liked the concept of crossover villagers at all; it just seems weird to have them in. Chai's the only one I find decent-looking, anyway.

Yes and no.

In terms of villager design, I would love to have Etoile back in a heartbeat because I think she was the best-designed character. I would also like to see Toby and Marty back. Chelsea, Chai, and Rilla are cute, but not somebody I would necessarily want on my island for a long time. I actually don't really like chai because of the teacup on her head. If they made her head look more like a teapot that was different enough from Tia, I think I would like her more. Honestly, they could redesign everyone but Etoile and Marty and I think they would do a better job.

In terms of furniture, I would love to see Rilla's Hello Kitty set come back, Marty's Pompompuurin set, and Chelsea's My Melody set. I really like everything in Etoile's Little Twin Stars set except for the washing machine. I feel like most of Chai's Cinnamonroll set could be redesigned. Most of Toby's Kerokerokeroppi set would fin in nicely with what we have now, but I feel like it could also be redesigned to make it a bit more unique.

If they didn't want to change anything from what we already have, I would love to see another collaboration featuring five more Sanrio characters. I would pick Bad Batz-Maru (a black penguin with spiky hair), Chococat (black cat), Kuromi (basically gothic My Melody and her rival), Dear Daniel (boyfriend of Hello Kitty), and Charmmy Kitty (Hello's Kitty pet cat). Though, they could just stick with Bad Batz-Maru, Chococat, and Kuromi to be more distinct if they would be worried about Dear Daniel and Charmmy Kitty being too much like Rilla's Hello Kitty set.

What I would love even more is to have a brand new collaboration featuring Agretsuko. It's still designed like Sanrio, but I think they would be able to pull off more modern sets and less cutsey sets.

The villagers were alright. I just want the furniture back mostly. I still have my cards and they're the only ones I don't plan on selling, so I do hope we get something other than posters one day.

Yes. But I would like the Sanrio villagers to match their respective characters, like Keroppi as a frog, Hello Kitty as a cat, Cinnamon as a Bunny and so on. But if we can’t and most likely won’t have that, just having the villagers over and possibility to buy their furniture and items would be more than enough.

Yes, the Keroppi furniture was some of my favorite of all time! Cinnamoroll was right up there for cute items, too. Plus, Toby, Marty and Etoile were soooo cute! If they also brought back the fantastic Sanrio clothing from Pocket Camp, that would make it even better.

I’m indifferent, I did own all of the items in NL without amiibo and some in PC. I hope though it would return without having to buy their amiibo.
