How long do you have to be member to be able to use an animated signature? I joined June thirteenth so it's almost been a month...

I believe you can use it right away xD I think it is the avatar that is the shop one you have to purchase<3

I would like some help please! But at the bottom of my settings it says animated signatures aren't allowed
You have to unlock it first in the TBT shop: http://www.belltreeforums.com/vbshop.php
Somewhere in the Addons tab you can find the 'Avatar Animation' option which you can buy. Unfortunately what I can see, you do not have enough Bells here on the forum (also called TBT). You have 536 while it costs 899 Bells.
Just keep posting on the forum and be active with threads, and you'll gather the Bells in no time! =D

That is false.
That's for avatars, and not signatures. Signatures do not require an add-on to be purchased.
Edit: They only disabled it so you can't upload it directly. If you upload it to imgur first then put the URL with the

That only applies to when you're uploading it directly. If you upload it to tinypic or imgur first then you can ignore that.
