Yes it is this one c: 899 TBT
it just allows you to get animated avatar of the size 100*100. If you want your avatar to be 150*100, you'll have to also pay the avatar width extension.

hi! I just edited the conditions, and if you want to wear it here, the file cannot be heavier than 253.9 KB, therefore max length of animation is about 3 s. Yours is 6 s, TBT will definitely not allow it here :0 !

Hi! Are you going to use the animated image on the bell tree? If so, the length cannot be bigger than 3s otherwise TBT doesn't allow you to put it. D:
