Animated Avatar Help?

I know someone has probably asked about this before or had a similar issue, but I can't seem to find a clear answer. So I'm making a thread to ask~

So I just bought the avatar expansion and avatar animation. I'm having trouble getting the animation to work, it's suppose to look like this:

I have tried inserting the link and uploading directly from my computer. None of it works, am I doing something wrong?
