;-; mine is erasing paths while trying to pick up stuff from the ground. Especially if the paths are on another character.

Having to endure the long conversations upon entering store. Yes I know how to use wrapping paper. My biggest peave is when you're on an island tour and the time doesn't stop running while it shows what you caught, woohoo, and release and continue on.

Going off from the island tour, one of my pet peaves is that the clock is in an inconvenient place on the screen. Sometimes it's difficult to see bugs on trees because the clock is in the way.

I have 3 pet peaves.

1. When your doing a hard island tour and the 30 seconds left thing goes and you can't see a single then
2. When dr shrunk shows an performance when all I want is an emote
3. How my favourite villager will only speak one sentence from 9am-5pm srsly.

Unsolicited advice. Seriously, I've been playing I don't know how long, I think I know how to change tools. I wish they'd stop giving advice when you've used a feature a certain number of times.

And how when writing letters, the words are split when running out of space on one line. The recipient would probably understand the words just as well if they were split, but it hurts my sensibilities when the words are not whole.

After spending hours organizing your flowers as hybrids then it all gets ruined when a villager gets a house built there >_<

Talking to Llloid when you want to rent tools on the island. Okay, yeah, I get it, I'm your very special friend, will you give me the net already??

I think it was removed in New leaf, but when i played Wild World and found a big fish in the river (Arapaima/Gar/Dorado). I always got stung by a mosquito, so the fishing rod got pulled up by itself! its annoying, trust me!

-The existence of Mosquitoes. That sound. The fact they relentlessly follow you no matter what.
-Villagers running up to talk to me if they just want to say something random. Guys if you're gonna make me stop chasing bugs and fish at least give me a present or buy one of the bugs or fish I have off me.
-Silver Balloons. I have about 10 silver slingshots because the silver balloons taunt me and my OCD does not allow me to ignore them.
-Balloons in general. They only hold balloon furniture. So there's no point in being excited to see them.
-Grass Deterioration. It already stopped me from playing for a whole month before, and I'm sure it will happen again.

How many days in a row am I going to be offered the Illusion Wall in T&T before it changes to something else?? If I just buy it will it go away forever?!?!

Mine is when my most hated villager, Pippy, starts planting unwanted flowers all over my garden in front of my house or just stands in my yard or my doorway. That's my house you a-hole >_________________> *move out alreadyyyyyyyy*

That's what happened to me with Julian! :( He literally plopped his house right next to mine and constantly walks around my house...-_-

Good one about the tour timer blocking out the view.

Another peave is being unable to write a letter while sitting in a chair or outside on a bench. I'd write more if I didn't have to stand up. Yes, I'm that lazy. I think better sitting down. And trying to figure out if a word is too long to fit.

I love ACNL – it’s an amazing game with a crazy amount of detail. However, like with everything else, there is always room for improvement:

• The town is too small! I would like it to be 25-50 percent bigger. My town feels tiny.
• I would like the maximum villager amount to be 15. There are too many favorites so narrowing down to 10 is very hard.
• The grid placement system (or whatever the layout is called). There should be more flexibility there.
• No more dead-zones when linking too many trees with bushes. Very irritating when you’re going for a specific design and layout.
• The Emporium’s awful marching-band like music. I cannot leave the store or head up to Gracie’s fast enough! I don’t know what they were thinking when they selected that music for their ‘high end’ department store.
• The overall look of The Emporium’s exterior. Tacky. And the name is very ‘CostCo’ sounding. Not what you’d expect from a high-end store.
• The T&T Stores should not repeat items as often, and should warn you if you’ve purchased something before.
• The unnecessary and excessive grass wear in an otherwise picture perfect town.
• The relentless mosquitoes, the fact that they stop you in your tracks and play that silly ‘womp-womp’ music.
• The ridiculous and totally unnecessary Jellyfish spawn rate.
• The balloons only deliver Silver Slingshots and that horrific Balloon Furniture. I ignore them all.
• The repetitive dialogue from main characters that stop you as you try to enter and leave their stores.
• Leif. He’s a (she’s a?) creepy close talker! Go away!
• When you sell something in Re-Tail, the camera pans to Reese just so that she can say ‘ok’.
• The robotic and droid like state that the villagers enter while they are shopping, fishing, at The Roost and so on. Don’t expect to see if a villagers has any inside info about another villager moving while in this state!
• Villagers who moved out who appear on main-street only speak about shopping, even though it’s after hours (and all the stores are closed) or they are dancing in Club LOL. That was clearly a programming oversight.
• The way they implemented the PWP positioning and Isabelle’s bi-polar fit she takes when there isn’t enough room for a PWP. Her little ‘spaces’ tips are almost always wrong. Give us an illuminated shadow/footprint of the project so that we can place it ourselves.
• The Roost looks more like a cafeteria than a caf?. They should have made it more caf? like with mood lighting and fun eclectic furniture. The music also doesn’t fit. Also, Brewster just seems to pour coffee out of a thermos. He doesn’t seem to ‘brew’ anything.
• There should be an option for 3 rooms on the second floor of your house and the basement should be able to expand to a 12X12 room. I’ve got all rooms and I need a few more!
• The repetitive dialogue from the villagers and their diluted personalities. Except for a couple of them, I honestly couldn’t tell you who’s a snooty, Normal, etc., unless I look it up on a Wiki (or I had prior knowledge of their ‘type’).
• Too little control over villagers. I’d love a ‘come to the town-hall’ bell when I need to round them up! And I’d like Isabelle to come alert me when another villager would like to move in so that we can go and search for a good spot. I’d also like to be able to politely and respectfully evict undesirable villagers with a set move date.

Sorry, I guess this turned into a bit of a wish-list as well!

Bravo!! Well said. Listen up Nintendo.

Mine is when villagers walk around town and make the other villagers change their catchphrases and clothing to the same as theirs. (I?m looking at you Bangle!.)
Seriously Bangle does it ALL the time, I just want her gone by now lol.
today she was walking around town and I heard the sound effect where villagers change clothing over and over again, and suddenly most of my villagers was wearing Bangles shirt and using her catchphrase ._.
I quit without saving, and when I started the game again she was inside her house (thank goodness)

-Placing down projects, Isabelle... Oh Isabelle. Your my favorite character on here BUT FOR THE LOVE OF NOCTURNA LET ME PLACE DOWN THE BENCH WHEREVER I FREAKIN WANT!!!!! Stop nagging me for being to close to the railroad!!!!!
-Moving Villagers. Me hitting them on the head with the hammer a billion times should be clear enough to understand that I want them to GET THE HECK OUTTA MY TOWN!!! If I abuse you daily then it should make you tell me your leaving, and pack up the next day and get your furry butt out where you aren't wanted! I don't know how to make that any clearer.
