I want a theme for my 3ds! This one seems really cool c: It costs 1.99 USD and I'm offering 750 TBT for it. If this an outrageously low amount please let me know, I've never tried to use them unu

I don't think you can purchase themes for other people, sadly. The only was you could transfer them would be with a code, and the only themes that ever got codes were the Nintendogs themes (When purchased w/ game, I believe) and the Black Cat Halloween theme.

I think coach is right...You can only buy them from the eshop
