So, my college semester was over, and I decided to clean my room where, eventually, I found these cards. Rather than using them for myself, I decided to actually give them away here on Bell Tree Forum. I would rather make someone else's day especially since Christmas is coming. I've had these cards for over a year now, and I'm sure they do not expire. So, giveaway time!

I do lot of favors for my friends, and one of them ask me to get him the White New Regular 3DS with the HDD plates. This was rare at the time since they had sold it, and it was nearly impossible to get one in box. Eventually, one of my collegemates told me that there was a Toy R Us that one on stock, so I drove to get it and bought it for my friend. After, he said I could have the code, but I never activated it. So, it's been in my room ever since with a pile of assigements.

No, they are not. I got these codes specifically to hand them out to foreigners because these promotions were only available to United States. This was my way of helping them out. The codes I'm giving away here are my leftovers. None of them have been scratched off or used. So, I know for a fact they are not region locked.
