An Idea: Bringing One Villager when you Visit your Friends' Islands

I thought it would be such a cute idea to able to bring 1 villager when you visit your friends ;; I feel like this is a less committed way of meeting new villagers, and is also a way to get interactions between two villagers that you would otherwise not get bc 10 villager limit!

Of course there's lots of issues with this idea, like bringing over the same villager that's on your friend's islands *insert spiderman meme*, but I assume to avoid this, your villager could reject your invite, saying they have lots to do at home or something (aka sitting by the waterfall for 3 hours LOL)

I thought of this idea because my friend loves Bob and is searching for him, and I have Punchy and I know those two are commonly seen together or adopted together (kind of like how a lot of people want genji and pekoe, or marina and zucker, its like they come in a packaged deal!), my island is too full to have him but I would love to see their interactions :'') ALSO Bob has a play subtype and so him and Punchy can run and do airplanes together

What do you guys think? I feel like the villagers do cute things in the background so this would be another thing that I would love to see them do! Or at least villagers visiting your home ;;

OMG I was just thinking that, kind of like how the nooklings or mabel follow you around in their store! It seems so cute!! I feel like it may be difficult to just bring a villager over and have them roam freely, but maybe Nintendo can introduce something where you and a friend schedule meetings between two villagers? It's a bit more restricting, but I feel like it can be a possibility haha

i actually have thought of this idea, my villagers talk about other islands and wanting to go there. but sadly, they can't visit. it would be cute to have a companion! like, with pocket camp.

this would be such a cute idea to have. kinda of like in pokemon diamond/pearl, your pokemon can follow you in hearthome city. your friend can interact with the villager that you've brought over + your friend's villagers can also interact with them as well.
it would be like a little playdate. special multiplayers + your villagers mini games could also be another cute bonus.

Imagine if you could get them to follow you around while you visited! You could talk to them, and they'd mention specific scenery that you were near. That'd be so cute, now I wish it was a real thing lol.

I mentioned to my friend how much I wished this was a thing!

To prevent duplicate villagers in a town, you go to your airport, and select an island to go to. It verifies that island's villagers whilst asking you if you would like to announce the departure to your island. If you choose to do so, up to five eligible villagers chosen at random can come to the airport, and/or you can also invite a town resident to come with you as well.

Wilbur then comments how, oh! there's quite a few residents coming to see you off! And then you speak with them, and you can select for them to come along. Then they tail along behind you, maybe they have dialogue conversations between the villagers if they are within the vicinity, or at least just the wave at each other response.

TBH villagers could visit your town after they moved away on the GC Animal Crossing (as long as you visited the town they moved to recently). They wouldn't have a house or a tent while just randomly roaming, but the devs back then made it seem like they took the train to visit where they used to live.

I wish that could happen. Would be awesome to see a villager one used to have living on their island, just up and visit the island and roam around freely.
