It's like the little raccoons know when you don't buy turnips and give you a ridiculously high selling price just to make you suffer. 
I'm trying to knock out some achievements and the last stamp on the stalk market is taunting me. I was only able to complete as much as I did because my friends were always on top of their prices during the early days. I would have never touched it otherwise. I'm going to just have to do it in small amounts and get lucky because I'm way too lazy to sell on other islands.

 ) or selling on other people’s islands being frustrating, i’ve just never had much interest in or fun with the stalk market, even in previous games. the only reason i’m bothering with it at all is because of the nm achievement. i don’t need the bells, and even if i did, catching and selling bugs/fish/deep-sea creatures is my favourite and go-to method of making bells. it might be a bit more work, but it’s more fun and relaxing for me.
