I go fishing. I catch a sea bass EVERY TIME. It's annoying. But then the Fishing Tourney comes around. Chip asks for sea bass. "It's fine, sea bass are extremely common", I think to myself.

Then...

I CAN NOT FIND A SINGLE FLIPPING SEA BASS.

Literally me with the horse mackerel earlier...i didn't even place but then again i didn't really try for long lol. Got tons of olive flounders though

Sea bass were actually kind of uncommon in WW and CF...and then New Leaf trolled us all, and trolled us again by giving them multiple phrases to make sure we knew it.

Just run back and forth around the ocean, scare off fish you don't need, repeat until you find the right size.

That's exactly what happened to me. I had to catch sea bass for the tourney and I couldn't find a single one. It took me 3 hours of looking to eventually find one

I had to find horse mackerals. I gave up after only catching 2 and I placed 4th.
