I'm not exactly sure about the relationship between you and your mom... but she needs to know that what she is doing is hurting you and others around her. Whatever the reason that she's doing this, let her know that you are there for her no matter what. I know that saying "I love you" might feel very childish, but it's not. Let her know that you care...
