I found this silly challenge on tumblr today, and I'm late with it but I wanted to see how other people on TBT pronounce their villagers and bugs!

I don't feel it's hard either, but it's interesting to see how others say it. Not all of these are 'hard', but different dialects will make the names sound different.

I'm assuming that since she is a dessert-themed villager, a lot of people go with the second pronunciation. I personally have no opinion on which one I think is correct. I say it like the dessert, but since it's spelled like the dance, both are equally possible, haha.

There probably is no 'correct' way to say it; the AC English translators most likely made it this was to confuse people on purpose.
