Why is it when I used an amiibo it takes like three times (3 days) before a villager decides to move on my island? If m island is full can I still replace a villager even without amiibo?

That's just how the Amiibo campers work. To balance out the fact that you can choose a specific villager to move in, they have you do 3 days' worth of DIY requests before they can move in.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the second question? Both Amiibo and non-Amiibo campers can replace villagers if your island is full. Those are the only ways to force a move out. Other ways of inviting a villager like the Mystery Tours and adopting a villager from another island won't work if the island is full and require an empty plot.

What I mean by the second question is do I gotta do three days of work or no? And thank you for answering my first question!

I think I'm still confused? You always have to do the 3 days of work for Amiibo campers regardless of whether or not the island is full. Regular campers don't require it since they're only there for one day, and adoptions/Mystery Tours just require the invite and the empty plot.

Oooooh okay. S-sorry to confuse you okay so my island is full and I have no empty plots so if I have a camper will an invite still trigger or no?

Yep! When you're at 10 villagers, you can still invite the camper, at which point for Amiibo, you'll select which villager you want to move out. That will happen after you've done the 3 requests.

Amiibo campers take 3 days for them to move in, and on the 3rd day they will let you choose which villager you want to kick out.

Non amiibo campers will want to move in the day you find them, you either need to win a minigame or they will accept without a minigame, but they WILL NOT let you choose which villager you want to kick out, they will randomly select someone, so if they say the name of someone you want to keep, close the game WITHOUT saving and then try again.

Ah okay! Does this apply for non amiibo campers or no?

It's a little different for the non-Amiibo campers. If your island is full, you will still be able to force a villager to move out, but the villager that is selected is random. You can reset scum this by letting the camper choose a villager, and if you don't want that villager to move, you have to immediately close the game, and then you can try again. Once the game autosaves, that random choice is locked in, and you can't change it.
