ABD + player from other town question

Hi!
I have a question, since I've never done that before:
Can the player from the outside donate bells in our town's ABD? And if not, is there another comfortable way to share large amount of bells while visiting?

If a visitor goes to the ABD, it will be for their account, not the host's. An alternative to dropping bell bags is to set up items in retail for the amount you want (999,999 max), and have the visitor buy the items to total the amount they are giving.

Yep just set up items like fruit/shells since they're easy to find. If the visitor has 10 letters, they can buy two items for 999,999 each time they go to Re-Tail which makes the trips needed in half.

I usually just use the Re-Tail method. I have fruits and shells priced at 999,999 in my Re-Tail (though you can set other amounts) and people can buy those to add up to the amount they want. If it's not enough you can put up more shells and fruit, or if it's only a small amount, they can drop that in bags. It's so much easier. The funds get transferred into your ABD account the next day, but you always know that the other player paid because the item will be gone from Re-Tail.

If the visitor has a ABM they can bring it with them. Set the ABM in a players house close to an open space or the event plaza.
Close your gates to all other visitors before the person starts dropping bells. It should go very quickly with 2 people moving the money. If you don't have a private ABM than retail would be better.

I've moved 100 million bells from my digital card to my cartridge by myself. It took awhile but each town has an ABM now.
