A Tough Decision

Hello! It's me! The Captain!

Tomorrow Miitopia releases for the 3DS, but I have one problem.

I don't have enough space on my system. It's all being taken up by one thing:

Animal Crossing: New Leaf (Welcome amiibo)

So, I think that I should remove the software from the system, while also using the built-in 3DS feature to save the data. I've been needing a break from the game anyways. My plan is to reinstall Animal Crossing after I beat Miitopia.

I'd just like all of your opinions. I'd hate to do something rash.

Noooo! Don't delete New Leaf! Is it possible you can go get a Miitopia hard copy? Or if they don't have one, you can do your plan and get a hard copy of New Leaf? Especially with it discounted now?

The data won't be gone forever! I mentioned I'd be able to back it up.
Is there a chance that the backup will fail?

As I far I know(might be wrong but pretty sure), Animal crossing new leaf doesn't back up as other game can. Essentially when you delete the game off of your 3D your town also get deleted, once you restore it, you'll have to start over. I think that because the game is never on a complete pause as in other game that can have save back ups in ancl there always happenings when your not playing because it connect to "time"(even tho can be manipulated). That connection is broken when you try save it as a save back up. if that make sense.
