So I know Label isn't a lot of people's favorite NPC. Many people just don't bother doing her checks after a while and visit others just buy the clothes they need if they want them at all.
Well, the reason they're worth doing is because of the minor text updates the game gives you for Label and Sable. I personally love little things like this.
After you've completed 5 Label checks successfully, Sable's dialogue will change slightly if you've befriended her. Instead of asking you to be her friend, that line of dialogue will change to her telling you that Label has told her you were helping her and that she appreciates it.
After you've completed 10 Label checks, Sable's dialogue will change again. This time she will give you a slightly more lengthy speech that says "I just wanted to say thank you for always being there to help Label. She talks about you all the time, you know. She says the outfits you pick out are always inspiring. Then she runs back here and starts sketching furiously... It's wonderful to see. You've done so much for all three of us. Thank you from the roots of my quills."
In addition, after 10 checks, Label's own dialogue changes slightly. Most of her dialogue will get an extra text bubble where she personally thanks you or mentions wanting to see you. Her dialogue about her origins is extended slightly. Not much, but she goes into a little extra detail.
I've currently finished 13 checks, so I have no idea yet if there are any additional changes upon reaching 15.
