You can't delete any topics you've made :S . You can usually contact a staff member asking to delete a certain thread however.

I think it's a mod-only thing, unless it's a poll. or something along those lines.

so a mod has to lock it, not you.

If you report the topic asking for it to be closed a staff members will close it for you (if its your topic), or alternatively you can PM a staff member which is online.
