A Question about Villagers

If you have 9 villagers, can people on your friends list's villagers still move to your town? OR is it strickly streetpass or invite?

Yeah, voided villagers can still show up, no matter how many villagers you have (well, not 10, but you get what I mean, haha)

Villagers moving out of your friends town's can still move in your town even if you have 9 villagers?

Alright, it's MAKING UP A SCENARIO TO UNDERSTAND JUNK NOW:

I have 9 villagers. Lolly is moving out of BOB's town, but she's already gone. If I visit BOB's town, she would have a chance of coming to my town, right?

Second question COMMENCE
What if I had 9 villagers, and I asked another villager to come in. I visit BOB's town before I asked the villager to move. If that villager moves in before Lolly has a chance to come, it'll cancel her from coming, righttttT?

If someone is moving out of your friends town, and you visit them after they got voided, there's a chance you can get them even if you have 9 villagers. But you can also invite them in if you want.. Uhm yeah ;3
