So, I'm not an AC newbie, but I'm relativity new to villagers moving out on ACNH. So, as it sometimes happens, a favourite villager on a friend's island is moving out, they're in the process of getting them to move to their other switch, but they need to pop over to my island for something. I'm full with 10 villagers, and no one is moving out, if she comes to my island with the player who has the villager moving out, is there a chance the villager moving will be voided, therefore not being able to move to the other switch? I hope this makes some sort of sense :'D

Thanks in advance :D

a villager is more likely to move out if you neglect them...DONT hit them with nets if youve seen that. that still counts as interacting

what moves them out quicker is walking in and out of their house without talking, or fencing their house, making it hard for them to interact with anyone. within around 15 days, theyll probably ask to move out

Well they're already in boxes and ready to move. I don't want to risk him being voided if she comes to my island cause I'm full.

I know in New Leaf, if you had space and someone came to visit who had someone moving, they'd likely come to your island, and possibly be voided if it was full, just wanting to know if its the same for this game :D

Ive heard that all of this is a debunked myth.

From my experience, its simply, completely random.
I have tried everything under the sun.

I did notice the ping times are generally around 14-20 days

No, I don't think anything should happen (If I understood your post correctly)
If the villager is in boxes now they'll be voided if they skip one day ahead but not when they just visit another island :-o

I agree. It's more time gated than it is friendship based. I cherished my Beau (one of my oldest villager) and give him daily presents while accidentally ignoring a couple of my other villagers. Guess who checked in last night and asked me I wouldn't mind him traveling to other islands to try other snacks? HELL NO! You're staying here, Beau!!!!!!!

To the OP, if you have all 10 and you're not part of the exchange, should be okay, no issues. The only thing that can possibly go wrong is if you are also trying to do the same thing at around the same time.

My husband has two of my previous villagers. I know they’re mine because they remember me and no he did not invite them
