Hi there. A bit of a pointless/mundane question here, but I keep wondering so I hope I can get an answer.
Long story short, I was on the island and someone mentioned being able to kill flowers by only walking over them (without running at all; not touching the B or L/R buttons). I know you can do this by walking off a slope into the flowers, but he insisted that you can kill flowers by walking over them a certain amount of times, without the use of a slope. The only methods of killing flowers I know of are running over them, walking onto them off of a slope, digging them up with a shovel, or waiting for them to wilt (all the standard, obvious ways).
Is there anything I'm missing here? Can you kill a flower by just walking on it? Are there any glitches he might be referencing?
