A little help?

My friends and I did a little exchange.. I’ll explain the steps and what happened after.. first friend A and me each moved out a villager, I wanted dom so she moved dom out for me and I moved skye out, friend B took Skye in after moving aa villager she didn’t want out, friend B and I paid friend A nmt for all the troubles we all went through.. dom moved into my town but... instead of Skye moving into friend Bs plot... it was Carmen...? And the plot says carmens moved out.. and it’s glitched.. a little help? My friend and I are both confused why Carmen moved into her island and not Skye.. we all moved our villagers naturally without amiibo so how???

Nintendo didn't really fix the amiibo glitch very well. They sort of introduced a new one, which your friend is unfortunately experiencing.

Somehow, villagers are moving in via adoption and glitching out, and the game think's they've moved out but haven't.
