A Few Questions

Hi, I am fairly new to the game and have some questions!
1. What are pitfall seeds? I tried planting them but they don't seem to grow!
2. Is there a way to share patterns with others (other than displaying them in Able sisters).
3. I found a Genie Lamp today (the description calls it 'empty lamp') is this a special item or should I just sell it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I can answer number one.. They dont grow. you plant them and if you step on the crack,you fall

A) free your town of cockroaches
B)bull weeds
C) random iteam
Youonly get one of thes options im guess since your new and dont time travel you dont ahve cochroaches or many weeds.
I would go fro the random iteam.
