a few college truths

You will be poor. Unless you are extremely spoiled you will find your funds running low at sometime. I have been worrying about that for some time now.... but there is hope, whenever you see your parents at least. my parents came to visit on Friday and I got money! I was able to spoil myself today getting some groceries and a cd, I have been meaning to actually get the Panic at the Disco cd for sometime now


YAY MONEY! wait scratch that YAY goods that money can buy! without the goods money can buy it is worthless, for everything but coin flipping

I could but I find I like actually owning the cd, no way for it to degrade like digital stuff can..... and I have this thing about actually supporting bands I like (I have most of the songs on the cd already... but *cough** now I have them legally)

Well my parents are going to help me pay for college itself (at least they will be paying for it until I can pay them back


), but anything beyond that I need get on my own, but I hadn't asked for anything in a while so they gave me a decent amount of cash. Sad that it evaporates after refilling my drink and food supply.

Sporge, you can buy it legally off Emusic for a quarter per song. They don't have that many artists but it is a great place to discover minor bands.
