Hopper's house is pretty ugly too with his barbed wire fencing.

I put villagers I liked in even if their house exteriors were bad, though.

The outside of Alice's house is so cute, but she's not really a dreamie. I LOVE Flora's and I do want her in my town.


Jambette's is cool too, but I DEFINITELY do not want her.



I don't like the "box" houses, as I call them. (Such as Elise's, Barold's, Lucky's, and Marshal's). The only villager I have in town with one is Ribbot, though, and he's a permanent villager :/

I don't really care about the exterior or interior, except in Blanche's case. She moved in next to a garden, and her bush fence matches the garden shrubbery perfectly ASDKGLDJD
But as for the interior, I usually gift and Retail their beautiful interiors into horrible messes anyways.

I can't stand the boxy houses, but I can't bring myself to release Barold EVER. So I guess not. Interior however matters quite a bit too me.

I don't care and didn't even take notice until Papi move in and his house surprisingly super flat! (well Barold one...perhaps because I am too trilled to get him and heck care the house xD) then I start to realized all the vilagers I get usually got a round roof so Papi house really stand out loud and I don't like it xDD

I never used to care, but now that I'm trying to go for a certain aesthetic theme I want to try and gather villagers who have nice house exteriors.
This is the sole reason I don't want Marshal to move into my town even though he's so cute and wonderful. His house would just be too jarring. ;__;

Not in the least. I generally pay very little attention to what villager houses actually look like when deciding which villagers I want.

But I do wish that Static's house was less junky looking. D:

I don't care too much but I do wish Genji's house weren't so orange. I would never get rid of him for it but it does bother me a little.

I don`t care about it if it is a bad design, but I do love it when its a good design, like Fang`s house. He has dynamite taste.

An example of this would be Julian, I love him to bits, but his house's metal fence really clashes with my pastel theme. I won't ever let him go, but if any of my future dreamies have the same fence design, I'll probably let them go.

And also, do you have a favourite villager whose exterior house design you love? I love Marshal's exterior house. It looks so clean and modern!

not really, all of them don't match with my town except maybe del. pietro's house is very ugly on the outside but fun on the inside. do you guys give villagers their original furnitures? i like making their house awesome

It's never effected me as I choose villagers based on cuteness and originality mostly [:
