9th and 10th neighbors one after another?

My 9th villager put up stakes yesterday and her house is standing today... but I also found stakes put up for a 10th villager? How often does this happen?

It's not possible to say how often happens - we don't have the evidence to come to a conclusion on it.

If you've invited someone from the campsite or been playing with friends then it's not unusual at all.
