my day! had a bit of a blah one, as i've come down w a fever and the chills. very strange to need a scarf and gloves indoors as i don't usually get cold ever. but oh well, did some political debating anyway, had some good food, did a few small errands. tomorrow will be better ☆

I started work at a new restaurant today... I've worked in the same chain for a long time actually, but I started my first night at a new building. I was sad not to be with all my old friends, but everyone was nice and the management seems to be a lot more lenient and down to earth than my previous one. I just don't want to get in trouble honestly, so i hope I can fly under the radar and make lots of money from here on out!

My favorite animal: my favorite animal is a pangolin, id do anything for one!
My 2nd recipe: chinese style beef & veggies: get a packet of thin sliced beef steak and cut it into bite sized pieces, sautee it with some onion, bell peppers, salt, and broccoli for about 7 minutes. Once the beef steak pieces are about halfway cooked you can add either oyster sauce or hoisin sauce (or both if you want) and continue cooking for a about 5 more minutes until the beef is fully cooked and the veggies are to you liking, serve with your choice of rice. you should have enough to feed about 3-4 people.

My day so far has been pretty chill. Did a little online shopping. Bought some amiibo cards on ebay of Shep, Bones, Peanut, Sally and Sheldon. Can't wait to get them in the mail!

my day! so far has been rather chill. i've still been ill but at least it's getting calmer and is mostly just being tired now. did a super fun maze challenge giveaway run by sheimi v late yesterday (would rec to everyone!), which was a blast and is making me think today about the mini maze i've been wanting to do in my own town for a while. i just put in the enchiladas for a late lunch and am gonna work on some writing with a good ole cup of joe :')
a recipe! today i made these really delicious and nutritious carrot cake muffins. they're so filling and good just out of the oven, and i love not having to deal with any muffin liners, so deffo would say just grease a nonstick pan directly and scoop in. the recipe is p solidly 12 regular sized muffins too, just as a note. also don't be afraid to add more spices! just be a little easy on any cloves if you add em, ha.
my favorite animal! is 200% a manatee. they're called the cows of the sea, which is just such a sweet thought to me, because they're soft and gentle and vegetarians that sleep a lot. manatees are rather communicative and intelligent and v sweet with their young and with others. and all of that is rly relatable lmfao. also just generally, they're super fun to draw hehe.

this is riley. she is a 6 month old husky & st bernard. she's very playful, friendly and sweet. she gets upset when one of us leaves the house though, but we try our best to keep her calm. she's hard work but we love her and we're still currently training her and it's going well!
She's gonna get real big, oh my! I love big doggies, but I can't afford to feed them
my day! did some boring stuff with loans and health insurance stuff bc being an adult sucks, then went ahead and had a chill afternoon in the sun with the animals all around. good dinner of a nummy apple pecan salad and chicken wings, some date time with the partner and voila! beddy bye :')
my day: has been O.K, i've been stuck in bed all day since i've ill but i've had time to relax so that's nice.
favourite songs: 1. who loves the sun by the velvet underground. it's soothing and i like the childish lyrics, it's got a nice ring to it and it makes me feel good. 2. anarchy by KMFDM. it's not something i'd usually listen to, i love other songs by KMFDM but i love tim sk?ld and the nature of the song. 3. radio/video by system of a down. i have many favourite songs from this band but i'm in the mood for this one right now, it makes me feel a bit more pumped and i like the style of the song. 4. (bonus) dunkelheit by burzum. this one also makes me pumped and i just love the sound of it. Filosofem is their best album. they're one of the only black metal bands that i can stand
