You need Photoshop/Paint/Photo editing software.
Then upload it in a photo sharing website like Photobucket.

You have to have months of GIMP or Photoshop experience to make a signature, you can't just being and *poof* have an amazing signature, It's taken me 1 year and I still haven't perfected it. To get the signature in your sig you need to upload it to an image hosting site.
