Hi I never played a Sims game before, but I keep hearing about it. To my knowledge the other Sims games are basically you living a virtual life and interacting with other real (non NPC) players. Is this the case with the 3ds one (interaction with real life players; or will it be merely interaction with NPCs) thanks!
Bump since I still need to know if Sims on 3DS is actually interaction with other players (all players online load in same world) or is it more of an animal crossing type game where you mostly interact with NPCs and occasionally others through wifi.
I believe you can only trade your sims with your friends. AKA there isn't really a wifi feature, it's just Street pass and spot pass. Spot Pass you'll receive the latest information, news and perhaps Nintendo videos. As for Street pass, you get to exchange your Sims music taste and I think exchange Sims. Honestly, the 3DS game is boring, and I highly suggest just playing the one on PC instead.
I had the sims 3 for 3ds and it was horrible. The interface makes it hard to do anything and it crashed every 5 minutes. If you're set on playing the sims, do it on the computer.
