Ok! So not really a Nintendo game or system, but a product of them so.

So, say I got a $35 Eshop Card. Would I be able to use it online and get a download code for a game it self? Or would I have to go on to the 3ds/2ds I want the game on and download it?

Any help is appreciated greatly!
