Staring Bid: 10 Hybrids, 10 Starts and 10 Saplings (feel free to mix and match so like 20 hybrids and 5 starts and 5 saplings
Minimum Increase: 5 of any kind
Buyout: 500 random starts, hybrids, and/or saplings
NOTE: Must have at least 5 of same start/hybrid to count as an offer.
