2 Questions

1. I've been trying to move Stitches out on my second town for about a month's worth of TTing, and even though I've gone day by day, nobody has even tried to move. Anything I can do to make some move-outs happen? All I need is for one villager to get into boxes, and then I'll do that 1 year - 1 year - 5 days thing that just showed up until Stitches goes in boxes so I can raffle him.

2. On my main town, Dawnstar, I just recently realized I've donated next to nothing to the museum, so I donated everything I could get my hands on. Now, after a bit of TTing, I've yet to unlock either the Gift Shop or Cafe, and yet I have 53 donations. Why haven't Blathers/whateverthepigeon'snameis said anything yet?

for the first one, i'm really not sure why absolutely no one has moved or asked to leave for an entire month?? if that's really the case you might want to do the diving trick to trigger pings. the diving trick being the one where you go dive, catch 2-3 things and then go walk around in front of your villagers until one pings you. you may want to try talking to just snooty or smug villagers and asking them every 5 days if someone is thinking of leaving, since it is much quicker than checking everybody.

I don't check everyone, I see if Isabelle mentions that they're in boxes. I'll try the ping thing, though!

ahh i thought you meant nobody was moving at all ever i got worried lol.
if thats the case then you may want to have a specific way to go about things down rather than one day at a time because itll take much longer that way and you can choose who you'd rather specifically move. the next time someone pings you to leave and its not stitches id suggest just saying no, and tting 4-5 days ahead and talk to a snooty or smug villager and see if they mention anyone leaving. if they dont just keep going one day forward until they do and they usually do by the 5th or 6th day and just tell them no if its not stitches and repeat the process. once you say no to someone tt forward 4-5 days again.
that's just personally how i cycle though!

1. You'll get someone eventually. I TT'd for 3months exactly before isabelle told me someone was moving out. All you need is patience.

2. I made the mistake of donating with an alt character before, and it seems that whatever the alt character donates doesn't count. I don't know what the problem is, in your case.. sorry >.<

I'll check, but as far as I know I only made 2 alt chars and they were before I began donating again. Thanks, though!

Not sure about your first question but for the museum gift shop, you have to have donated at least one item from each category (fossils, bugs, fish, and art) and I think you have to talk to Blathers a certain number of days too. The cafe comes sometime after you unlock the gift shop.

I thought you just had to talk to him on 14 different days. That was the case for my new town.

ah, for the second question, have you tried talking to blathers at night? i am most certain he will only request it if you talk to him then.

Hmm, have you been talking to that perticular villager? (The best way to get them to move, or so ive heard is to just simply ignore them for about a week or so?) The game thinks that they arent wanted or something and triggers them to move but im not entirely sure... Also, I think you need to talk to blathers for 14 days to unlock the cafe and the expansion- dont worry, I had a simular problem :3
