I agree! holding villagers especially can be a huge hassle, I've had tons of people ask me to hold villagers for two or more days and the tell me they got them from someone else. I don't hold villagers anymore for that reason, but when I did offer reserves I just asked that the price for whatever villager be paid upfront and that seemed to work well :>

I charge 25 TBT for "guaranteed reservation" which means I hold the villagers until you adopt them... I've been stuck holding a villagers for 8 days before.. So yeah.. I charge for that. And if that makes me selfish or greedy or whatever maybe I should stop flipping cycling.
