My wish for this year is to stay active. Lots of things are changing for me this year making it a lot harder for me to keep my good fitness habits, and even if movement might change drastically and I can't go to my weight lifting classes and go running like I used to, I really hope that I'm able to make adjustments and stay moving since it's something that really helps me mentally and physically.
