Yeah, it was pretty nuts haha.
One of my neighbors does that as well.
He's kind of a jerk, though.
His trash cans were swimming down the street that day though so that was pretty fun.

We have peonies that grow in our front garden beds that look just like in this picture .... they are beautiful and have such a large heavy bloom that they need to be staked and supported ... they make beautiful bridal bouquets ... just saying' ... but will tend to wilt quickly.
Also, they sadly are lacking in scent!!
