Turns out I put a raffle ticket for December 14 in my cart but didn't purchase properly therefore not entering in the raffle

Looking at the logs, I don't see a purchase on your account for the first day's ticket. I know that occasionally there's a bug with the checkout system if you have a now out-of-stock item left in your cart, and you can fix this by clicking "confirm purchase" which should wipe it. Let me know if this works!
