I can trade any combination of tbt, bells, tickets, and flowers that you'd like going off the rates listed below:

Nook Miles Ticket = equivalent to 20 tbt (80 tickets would be equivalent to 1600 tbt)
1.5 mil In-Game-Bells = equivalent to 100 tbt (24 mil would be equivalent to 1600 tbt)
Hybrids = Blue Roses (10tbt each) All other hybrids (5tbt each)
